SPISBAR’ konferencen samler interessenter og aktører indenfor bekæmpelse af madspild på tværs af værdikæden, for sammen at kunne dele viden og ideer, der kan hjælpe i vores fælles arbejde for at stoppe madspild.
Til konferencen vil det være muligt at møde en række særligt udvalgte eksperter og fagpersoner, der alle arbejder med innovation - både generelt og med særligt fokus på madspild.
I løbet af dagen kommer vi bl.a. igennem følgende emner:
• Vi dykker ned i hvilke barrierer, der er for innovationen på madspildsområder
• Vi debatterer de udfordringer, der er i fødevareproduktionen relateret til madspild
• Du får inspiration og input til, hvordan fødevareproduktion ser ud i fremtiden
• Du overværer SPISBAR’ konkurrencen, hvor tre spirende virksomheder pitcher
for at vinde adgang til yderligere funding
• Matchmaking og dialog på tværs af værdikæden for at sikre videndeling og
yderligere nytænkning.
