"Hold nu kæft, der tumler mange ting rundt i hovedet på sådan en nordjyde, vokset op i en lille by, hvor halvfemserne var en ting et par år efter, at de ligesom havde sluppet resten af Danmark. 38 hele og halve uddannelser og karrierer forsøgt skudt i gang, har trukket Anne Bakland fra Østervrå gennem hele landet og til København, hvor hun landede med fødderne solidt plantet på stand-up scenen med en mikrofon i hånden og og posen fuld af både spørgsmål og svar om al livets Bullshit.
Både hendes eget og alle andres. Og det er en ordentlig klat! Lige midt på gaden.
For det kan godt være, at det skal tages med et gran salt, når hun med en kyndig mine kan fortælle dig alt om surdej, bare fordi hun engang tog et halvt grundforløb som bager, og nærmest er hestehvisker fordi hun voksede op 500 meter fra en mark med dyr.
Men helt ærligt – hvor meget tyrebæ skal man ikke finde sig i fra alle kanter efterhånden?"
