Forestil dig at sidde og nyde en 6-retters menu, baseret på sæsonens absolut bedste råvarer, på et tag i København, midt i en 600m² stor mark med bistader, høns, kål og krydderurter. Udsigten er naturligvis fantastisk. Det bliver en realitet her til sommer, når Stedsans - CleanSimpleLocal laver restaurant i drivhuset på ØsterGRO.
Grøntsagerne kommer friskhøstet direkte fra de dygtigste bønder i omegnen – og de er naturligvis biodynamiske eller økologiske – hvis ikke de er spiret i drivhuset og står i jorden lige indtil de kommer på tallerkenen. Dyrene er også økologiske eller biodynamiske og har kun haft én dårlig dag i deres liv.
Middagen foregår ved et langbord hvor alle gæster kommer samtidig. På den måde kan vi holde en pris, hvor både unge og gamle, øko-frelste og gourmet'er, rig og fattig såvel som dem midt i mellem, kan være med. Vi glæder os til at se jer!
