Det er to prisvindende sangskrivere der slår pjalterne sammen når canadiske Stephen Fearing kommer til Skandinavien for at turnere med M.C. Hansen og The Sentimentals. Stephen har sammen med sit band Blackie & the Rodeo Kings arbejdet med Emmylou Harris, Lucinda Williams, Rosanne Cash, og Patti Scialfa. Der er altså tale om en af de helt store folk-musikere, der har spillet store britiske festivaler som Reading Festival og WOMAD. Stephen Fearings country-inspirerede rootsrock passer perfekt til The Sentimentals musikalske univers.
M.C. Hansen modtog tidligere i år prisen som Årets Sangskriver ved Danish Music Awards. Prisen står på kaminhylden hjemme på Jungshoved, mens der på Stephen Fearings hylde hjemme i Canada er godt fyldt op med tre JUNO Awards (den canadiske Grammy) og hans seneste album var nomineret til fire Canadian Music Awards.
