Kl. 20.00 Generalforsamling – Dagsorden:
1.Valg af dirigent
2.Formanden aflægger beretning om foreningens virksomhed i det forløbne år og orienterer om fremtidigt virke samt om bestyrelsens budget for det kommende år.
3.Det eksterne revisionsfirma fremlægger de reviderede regnskaber for Turistforeningen til godkendelse
4.Behandling af indkomne forslag. Bestyrelsen fremsætter forslag om ændring af § 5 – bestyrelsens sammensætning. Forslag der ønskes behandlet skal være formanden i hænde senest en uge før generalforsamlingens afholdelse. Forslag til vedtægtsændringer dog senest 15. januar.
5.Fastlæggelse af kontingenter for henholdsvis enkeltpersoner, foreninger, virksomheder og organisationer. Nuværende kontingenter: Private 150 kr., erhverv 550 kr., foreninger og institutioner 1000 kr.
6.Valg af medlemmer og suppleanter til bestyrelsen.

Karl Peter Andersen (modtager genvalg)
Aase Sørensen (modtager genvalg)
Per Strøm Schildt, suppleant (modtager genvalg)
Carsten Ewertsen, suppleant (modtager ikke genvalg)
7.Valg af bilagskontrollantsuppleant. På valg er Lars Klausen
8.Eventuelt
Under generalforsamlingen vil der blive serveret kaffe/the og småkager
