Stig Skovlind & Kaffeorkestret spiller en forrygende release koncert i Spil Dansk Ugen, torsdag den 1/11, i anledning af udgivelsen af albummet "Singlerne".
Alle numre fra det nye album vil blive spillet denne aften - flere er aldrig spillet live før.

Stig Skovlind har gennem de seneste tre år konstant været én af de mest spillede artister på DR P5. Og Stig kan noget med ord. Med kombinationen af en stærk lyrik og catchy melodier skaber han sammen med de dygtige musikere i sit band et poetisk univers, der går op i en højere enhed. Sangene dufter af reggae, afro, salsa og jazz, og Stigs inspiration fra musik fra de varme lande blandet med pæredanske tekster gør ham til sin helt egen i det danske musikland. Man bliver kort og godt glad i låget, men får samtidig også nogle tekstlige pointer med hjem.
