Stig Skovlinds Orkester, der er kendt under slogan’et ‘Danske sange fra hele verden’, er et enestående dansk musikalsk projekt. Sangskriver Stig Skovlinds danske sange bobler af rørende og iørefaldende poesi. Sammen med toner og rytmer hentet i de varme lande, især latinamerika og Cuba, leverer orkestret, danske sange iført verdensmusikalsk inspiration, på højeste niveau.
Om Stig
Stig kaldes Danmarks svar på Paul Simon, hvis det skal siges kort. Når du selv har oplevet ham og hans fremragende orkester ved du at han er sin helt egen og du vil vide hvorfor Stig Skovlinds Orkester banker på til det fine selskab i dansk musik. Orkestret vinder i disse måneder terræn som et virkelig fremragende liveorkester.
