Lørdag d. 15. oktober nørder vi med mad ober bål i skoven.Vi vil rigtig gerne have dig/ jer med til, at hygge jer sammen med os omkring madlavning over bål.Med vores take på streetfood vil vi nørde med saucer, bagning af brød og eksperimentere med hvad vi kan sanke af vilde urter og svampeDenne lørdag vil vi lave følgende retter:
- Kubansk Ropa Vieja – langtids simmeret i dutch oven.
- Asiatisk fladbrød med urter.
- Norske Lomber med god pølser.
- flamberet frugt med råcreme til desert.
Hertil er der rigeligt med drikke. Øl og vand.
I er velkomme til at komme hele dage eller bare troppe op når maden er klar.
