Som grundlægger og talsperson for HIIT programmet STRONG Nation™, rejser Ai Lee Syarief verdenen tynd for at inspirere nye ninjaer på deres rejse.
Ai Lee Syarief har en baggrund inden for karate, hvor hun flere gange har vundet Schweitz Championship og EU mesterskabet.
Siden hen har hun arbejdet for Zumba Fitness ®.
I 2016 blev hun lead master trainer og medgrundlægger af STRONG Nation™.

As co-Founder and spokesperson for the HIIT programme STRONG Nation™, Ai Lee Syarief travels all over the world to inspire new ninjas on their journey.
Ai Lee Syarief has a professional background in karate, where she has won the Swiss Championship multiple times and also won the EU Cup.
After that, she has worked for Zumba Fitness ®.
In 2016 she became the lead master trainer and co-founder for STRONG Nation ™.

Sara has been a part of STRONG Nation™ siden the beginning of the program and is currently the educational responsible master trainer for Denmark, Dubai and South Africa.
