SUGARMELTDOWN - CROSSFIT TEAM CHALLENGE
SugarMeltdown bliver afholdt for første gang nogensinde d. 4. august i Odense! Konkurrencen er en crossfit team challenge, så få fat i din stærkeste makker og meld jer til!
Ét team består af to personer af samme køn.
Rækkerne bliver fordelt således:
- 6 teams i herre- og damerækken - Intermediate
- 6 teams i herre- og damerækken - RX
Pris:
Pris pr. team: 500,- (ekskl. tilmeldingsgebyr). Alt overskud går ubeskåret til Diabetesforeningen.
Præmier:
Der vil være flotte præmier at hente til 1., 2. og 3. pladsen for både herre og damer i hver række + diverse sponsorerede præmier, der bl.a. kan hentes af dagens fighter.
Program:
Der skal ske indcheckning af alle atleter fredag d. 3. august mellem kl. 14.00-19.00 i Kompagniet (Rugårdsvej 40, 5000 Odense C) eller lørdag d. 4. august mellem kl. 07.00-08.00 (lokation kommer).
Lørdag d. 4. august vil programmet være følgende:
Konkurrencen bestå af 3 team events + 1 finaleevent. Alle tilmeldte vil altså være garanteret 3 events, hvorefter der sker et cut-off inden finaleeventet.
- 07.00-08.00: Indcheckning af atleter, som ikke har nået det fredag.
- 08.00-09.00: Event-briefing og klargøring til event 1.
- 09.00: Event 1
- ....
- 18.00: Forventet afslutning

I have not received my SugarMeltdown Team Challenge ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your SugarMeltdown Team Challenge tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your SugarMeltdown Team Challenge tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my SugarMeltdown Team Challenge ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the SugarMeltdown Team Challenge event online.
