Enjoy the heat with a SaunaGus ESSENTIALS with Voluntary Sauna Masters still in training or recently graduated treating you with SaunaGus (eng: aufguss)
From October 27th and for the rest of 2023, Just Sauna will be adding another round of SaunaGus so that you get 4 rounds for the same price.
Your ticket includes:
- 4 rounds of aufguss (SaunaGus)
- 1,5 hours of sauna
- fresh drinking water
- limonada
- indoor changing facilities
- 2 outdoor showers
- cold water tub
How to get there: Entrance only via Sejlklubvej. See map on www.justsauna.dk. Please enter via Sejlklubvvej and leave your car and your bicycle out of the pretty nature.
Please get there 15 minutes before to land and get changed and show your ticket. We start on time - If you arrive late, please then do stay outside until the next round.
Please note: It is required to bring 1 big towel to use inside the sauna (covering your back and sitting area) to participate in the event. If you forget you can rent one on site.
It can be a good idea to bring:
- 2 towels (1 to cover your skin to protect the sauna wood inside the sauna and 1 towel to dry after sauna use)
- a bathrobe for the breaks
- slippers (there are wood chip and stones on the ground)
- sauna hat
- comfortable clothes for after sauna
- swim wear (IF you decide to wear this)
Important: Please keep in mind that there are no refunds and ticket is non-changeable. Ticket price (excl. ticket provider fee) will be returned to you by Billetto in case of cancellations.
You are always welcome to re-sell your ticket to another sauna lover who then gets to enjoy the heat - you can even make use of the secure ticket transfer function on Billetto.

The sauna is a non-sexual space and clothing is optional. We welcome all genders, ethnicities, races, beliefs, sexual orientations and identities.
Sauna and bathing is at your own responsibility and JUST SAUNA cannot be held responsible for use of either activity.

I have not received my Sunday Evening SaunaGus ESSENTIALS ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Sunday Evening SaunaGus ESSENTIALS tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Sunday Evening SaunaGus ESSENTIALS tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Sunday Evening SaunaGus ESSENTIALS ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
