September’s Supper Club takes place in Bioteket in Nørrebro, a greenhouse and cultural event space focusing on sustainability and community.
This evening you can hear Mellemblond performing solo, and Sete Castro from Rosforth&Rosforth will be our guest chef.
The event is co-hosted by Madsamling, which is a network and an online shop where you can buy local, organic vegetables and food products directly from nearby farms/producers, and meet the producer in person at the pickup.
The food for the evening is sourced through Madsamling.
A wide selection of natural wines can be purchased with - and after the dinner.
Meditation + Talk
As tradition follows we start by tuning in, as I guide a simple, short meditation with the purpose of cultivating presence and relaxation in our minds and bodies as a basis for the evening.
The meditation is followed by a short talk by Caroline and Amalie who started Madsamling.
Food
Our chef for this evening is the lovely Sete Castro, who is a warm-hearted being with many years of cooking experience - specializing in healing people with healthy food and macrobiotics. We use organic products and the menu is based on vegetables that are in season and locally available. The meal is meat-free. Final menu will be published on the website and social media.
Music
I am excited to present Mellemblond Solo as the performing artist of the night. Even if you don’t understand Danish, I’m sure you can still enjoy Kristoffer’s excellent indie-rock / alternative pop songwriting. It will be a special and intimate setting for sure.
Mellemblond is current right now with his third album “Guldlokzonen”.
