Lær om fermenteringens kunst – de kulinariske og sundhedsmæssige egenskaber og hvordan du selv fermenterer grøntsager, urter og drikke derhjemme.
Velkommen til en lille efterårsworkshop på Birkemosegaard hvor vi indledningsvis kort introducerer biodynamikken og hvad det egentligt går ud på.
Herefter gennemgår forskellige fermenterede produkter - smager og dufter og taler om oplevelsen. Vi taler videre om levende mad, og hvad der er oplagt at fermentere derhjemme.
Alle får hænderne i fadet, når vi sammen laver en klassisk kraut af kål og frø fra marken. Undervejs vil der blive serveret et glas naturlig vin, te eller kaffe.
Vi afslutter dagen med et stykke kage og alle får deres egent lille glas surkål med hjem til videre liv og fornøjelse.
Pris - 250 kr for voksne /100kr pr barn (dog i følgeskab med en voksen - max. 2 børn pr voksen)
