På Stevns Naturcenter, bliver I taget med på en rejse ud mellem stjernerne, hvor man bl.a. får viden ind gennem smagsløgene.
Tænk hvis man kunne smage på en planet, føle en komets hale eller lugte til en supernova! Denne aften kan du! For selvom nattens himmellegemer er uforståeligt langt væk har vi fundet et udvalg af sanseoplevelser frem som du ville kunne opleve ude i det uendelige univers, så kom med hvis du gerne vil vide hvad et frysetørret hindbær har med galaksens centrum, og hvorfor det smager af danskvand når man trækker vejret på Venus.
Gastronomisk videnskabsformidler August Mandal vil tage dig på en rejse blandt stjernerne. Foredraget foregår indendørs, men en halv time før og efter arrangementet vil det være muligt at se vores egen stjerne solen og de andre stjerner på himlen, hvis det er skyfrit. Arrangementet er en del af Stjerner på Stevns, som løber af stablen i uge 7 og 8 2026 og vi har modtaget tilskud fra Stevns Turistforening til udviklingen.
Arrangementet udskydes til forårsjævndøgn d.20.marts kl. 18-19. Man er velkommen fra kl. 17 til at nyde medbragt mad på naturcentret og se solen i stjernekikkerten, hvis der er skyfrit. Efter foredraget, vil der ligeledes være muligheder for at se de andre stjerner i kikkerter, hvis der er skyfrit.
