Tag en Ting handler om alle de ting, der omgiver os, og om det fantastiske faktum, at naturens resurser og vores kreativitet sammen har skabt alt, hvad vi har i verden omkring os. En naturvidenskabelig og filosofisk forestilling, iscenesat med humor og poesi.
Helene og Line gider ikke noget, for de keder sig, og det er cool at kede sig. Men måske bor der alligevel en lille gnist af nysgerrighed i dem, for en enkelt vingummi er nok til at sætte gang i en kæde af begivenheder, som får dem op af sofaen og ændrer deres syn på alting omkring dem.
