Det seks mand store orkester Narcosatanicos har siden deres formation i 2011 placeret sig klippefast i den danske undergrund med deres kompromisløse fusion af vild free-jazz, doom-metal og atmosfærisk psykedelisk rock. Gruppens dybt originale lyd og medrivende optrædener har ført til, at de har spillet anmelderroste koncerter på Roskilde Festival og Spot Festiva.På bandets seneste udgivelse 'Body Cults' slæber Narcosatanicos sig som et stort såret dyr gennem et koldt mørkt mareridt bestående af skrigende saxofoner, massive vægge af guitarstøj og buldrende trommer, hvor halvkvalte skrig forsøger at trænge igennem kun for på ny at blive druknet i vanviddet. Narcosatanicos mestrer til perfektion at omfavne et rummeligt og smukt lydunivers, hvor klang og finesse får lov at ånde, indtil det bliver opslugt af tårnhøje, kakafoniske bølger.
I koncertsammenhæng er Narcosatanicos tilplastret i svirrende og stroboskopiske visuals, der tilslører de imellem numrerne tavse musikere og overlader beskueren til et timelangt syrebad, der i samspil med den monstrøse lyd synes lige dele skræmmende uvirkeligt og hypnotisk medrivende.
Hel er et band fra Aarhus, der blander drone med vokalbaseret pop, med improvisation som grundlag for musikkens udvikling. Strukturelt tager Hel udgangspunkt i ambientmusikkens rolige kompositionstempo, men eskalerer de ledende motiver i musikken voldsomt, på en måde som findes i postrock. Hels debut udkommer snart via Brystet. Hel er Frederik og Mikkel Blæsild Vuust, og Andreas Tagmose Grønkjær.
