En vandretur på cirka 5-6 kilometer det i det meget varierede terræn omkring Frederiksdals Gods. Vi skal ud og have lidt vind i håret. Vi går i et friskt tempo ud over markerne og langs kysten. Vi håber at blive blæst lidt igennem, men hvis vejrguderne ikke er med på den, så nyder vi fællesskabet og naturen med vandringen i centrum.
Der vil blive mulighed for et besøg i Vineriet ved turens afslutning.
Husk lidt vand, tøj til vejret og gode sko.
Vi mødes på parkeringspladsen ved skoven/naturcenteret.

Jeg arrangerer guidede vandreture i den Lollandske natur, mindfulness forløb og andre events med vandring og mindfulness i centrum. Alt sammen for at fremme menneskers gen-forbindelse til naturen.
Jeg holder desuden foredrag med udgangspunkt i sin 800 kilometer lange vandring på den franske Camino.
