Vinderne af Danish Blues Challenge 2016, THE CORNFEDS, giver den fuld gas ved den sidste opvarmningskoncert., inden de ugen efter skal op mod resten af Europa ved European Blues Challenge 2017, hvor vinderne kvalificerer sig til The Blues Foundations' International Blues Challenge i USA.
The Cornfeds blev suværæne vindere i Danmark, og det er en fornøjelse at kunne præsentere det unge energiske band på hjemmebane. The Cornfeds henter deres inspiration længere tilbage i tiden end de fleste andre blues band, men de formår at give den oprindelige bluessound fra 30'erne et ganske moderne kick med et fedt og svampet groove udført på højt professionelt niveau.
The Cornfeds består af Sune Bjerre, sang, mundharpe, reso guitar, Jostein Burmann, hollowbody guitar, Kasper Bjerre, hollowbody bas, kor, og Jakob Kjærlund, vaskebræt, trommer, spand.
Oplev dette unikke randrusianske band spille på hjemmebane, inden de skal videre for at indtage større scener. Det bliver en fornøjelse. Billetpris i forsalg: kr. 100 (ved døren kr. 130). Husk medlemsfordele og ungdomsrabat. Dørene åbnes kl. 19.30.
