1. Welcome by Dr. Charlotte Bech, teacher of the Transcendental Meditation technique
2. India as the Mother of meditation, by His Excellency Ambassador Manish Prabhat, Ambassador at the Embassy of India in Copenhagen
3. Interview with Christian Stadil, owner of Thornico 130 companies and long term meditator, shares his personal experiences with TM meditation. This will be conducted as an interview.
4. Easy breathing exercise (Maharishi Pranayama), by Søren Bregendal, musiker, skuespiller, iværksætter (Lucia Care)
5. Easy diet plan with tasty, healthy and delicious food based on the principles of Maharishi Ayurveda, by Dr. Charlotte Bech
6. Summary and see you again by Dr. Charlotte Bech
7. Ayurvedic tea and snack
Admission: DKK 100*
*DKK 100 in entry fee covers entirely Ayurvedic snacks and tea. Guests Christian Stadil and others volunteer for free.
The conference is for those, who has not yet learned TM, as an introduction. If you have already learned TM, please send a mail to cb@ceba.dk.
