Dare to attend today´s most popular cult film, "THE ROOM," by Johnny Wiseau! Dare to experience it, dare to attempt to understand it, dare to sit to the end of it! For 8 years Husets Biograf has been showing "The world´s worst movie" on a monthly basis to insanely enthusiastic audience reaction, and now with the James Franco film "THE DISASTER ARTIST" opening world wide (in DK on Feb. 1st) - which is based on THE ROOM - Wiseau´s labor of love has become even more notorious. Because of this we have added extra shows each month in February (2nd & 16th), March (2nd & 16th) and April (6th & 20th) before returning to our usual first-Friday of the month schedule (for the rest of eternity). On each of these 6 nights the film screens twice, at 19.00 and 21.30 and each single screening has its own billetto page (for 12 pages) that finally lets you purchase your tickets in advance! See the film as it was intended: in a crowd with all the rituals & traditions and on 35mm! *Keep in mind we cannot refund tickets and if you cannot attend for any reason it is your responsibility to sell them further or give them away. I have not received my THE ROOM/02-3/19:00 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your THE ROOM/02-3/19:00 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your THE ROOM/02-3/19:00 tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
