Så kom og vær en del af The Week – et inspirerende forløb, hvor vi sammen ser tre film, taler om klimaet og finder konkrete handlemuligheder.
𝐇𝐯𝐚𝐝 𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤?
The Week er et nyt koncept, som kom til Danmark i 2023 med fokus på at mobilisere til bæredygtig forandring og styrke grøn handlekraft. Gennem tre film kommer vi rundt om: status på klimaet, håb for fremtiden og konkrete handlinger, vi kan tage sammen.
Vi mødes, ser filmene, diskuterer dem og lader os inspirere til fælles handling. Alt sker inden for én uge – derfor navnet The Week.
𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚̊𝐥𝐞𝐭?
At skabe et handlefællesskab, hvor vi sammen kan fortsætte eksisterende klimaaktiviteter og sætte nye i gang. Det er både for dig, der er helt ny, og dig, der allerede brænder for klimaet. Fælles er ønsket om at gøre en forskel.

Alle film vises i Kulturhuset Islands Brygge.
Tirsdag d. 28. januar 2025 kl. 17-19:
Den første film ser klimasituationen i øjnene – den kan være barsk, men nødvendig.
Torsdag d. 30. januar 2025 kl. 17-19:
Den anden film giver os håb.
Tirsdag d. 4. februar 2025 kl. 17-19:
Den tredje film inspirerer til handling – her finder vi sammen om de skridt, vi vil tage.
𝐕𝐢𝐠𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐭:
Du skal kunne deltage i alle tre filmaftener, da fællesskab og handling er i centrum. Filmene er på engelsk med danske undertekster. Der vil være gruppesamtaler efter filmene, og én af disse grupper vil blive faciliteret på engelsk – dog kræver vi et minimum på fem deltagere for at oprette en engelsktalende gruppe. Hvis du har det fint med at tage samtalen på engelsk opfordrer vi dig til at booke billetten til den engelske gruppesamtale.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤?
The Week is a new concept that came to Denmark in 2023, focusing on mobilizing sustainable change and empowering green action. Through three films, we explore the state of the climate, hope for the future, and tangible actions we can take together.
We meet, watch the films, discuss them, and find inspiration for collective action. It all happens within one week – hence the name The Week.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥?
To create a community of action where we can continue existing climate activities and initiate new ones together. It’s for everyone – whether you’re completely new to the topic or already passionate about the climate. What unites us is the desire to make a difference.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 📅 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧?
All films will be shown at Kulturhuset Islands Brygge.
Tuesday, January 28, 2025, 5:00–7:00 PM:
The first film takes an unflinching look at the climate situation – it can be tough but necessary.
Thursday, January 30, 2025, 5:00–7:00 PM:
The second film gives us hope.
Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 5:00–7:00 PM:
The third film inspires action – together, we’ll decide on the steps we want to take.
𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭:
You must be able to attend all three film evenings, as community and action are at the heart of this event. The films are in English with Danish subtitles. There will be group talks after the films, and one of these groups will be facilitated in English - we do however require a minimum of five for a group. We will let you know at latest by the 22nd of January, if you have registered as an English-speaking participant, and there are not enough participants to form a group.
