Womenomics is Denmark's international business conference, which in English addresses the most current global, economical and business related issues regarding both the challenges and the potential, which women as leaders and consumers bring to the table in the board rooms.
Women as the overall growth factor
Economic Experts estimate, that the global growth potential, which is directly related to the female purchasing power, during just the next years, will be higher than the growth potential of all the BRIC countries combined! The Womenomics Conference 2015 will look at what this means in terms of new product development, revised strategies, additional distribution channels, innovative communication methods and how also HR will need to recruit differently.
Womenomics will in addition introduce new thoughts and research regarding gender diversity, knowledge-transfer and leadership, while substantiating these issues from an academic, political and socio-economic point of view by inviting both national and international companies as well as influential female leaders and business owners to speak and share their views.
