TIRSDAGSSALON I HERKULESPAVILLONEN
De 2 hærdede komikere Thomas Wivel og Povl Erik Carstensen har igennem de senere par år udviklet en hel ny udtryksform. Det drejer sig om Performance Poetry i en version med udgangspunkt i musikkens og ordenes indbyrdes udveksling af stemninger. Thomas fremfører egne tekster, altimens Povl spiller kontrabas. Povl improviserer musikken frem i tråd med sin tolkning af ordene undervejs. Teksterne spænder intenst i forskellige temperamenter og temposkift fra alvor til det syrede, fra det eftertænksomme til det humoristiske.
Thomas Wivel er primært kendt som komiker men har efterhånden forfattet flere anmelderroste bøger og digtsamlinger, og Povl arbejder ligeledes mest med comedy, men har også fast plads i det travle jazzorkester Blue Train. De 2 herrer har haft et samarbejde, der spænder over comedy til storytelling. De har skrevet en række bøger sammen og optræder altså nu med Lyrik Live!
Det må opleves!
