I januar 2022 fejrede dronning Margrethe 50 år som regent. Vi har inviteret Gitte Redder til at tage os med på en jordomrejse med dronningen og kronprinseparret for at gøre status over de sidste 50 år med Margrethe på tronen.
Kongehuset har samarbejdet med erhvervsledere, kunstnere og udenrigsministre verden over om at sætte Danmark og danske værdier på verdenskortet. Er de lykkedes? Hvad har virket, og hvad har deres arbejde betydet for Danmarks udvikling? Sammen med Gitte Redder gør vi status over 50 år med dronningen som repræsentant for Danmark.
Gitte Redder har sammen med Karin Palshøj netop udgivet bogen ”Kongehuset – på arbejde for Danmark i 50 år”, som fletter et halvt århundredes verdenshistorie sammen med fortællingen om dronningens rejser og statsbesøg verden over.
Ud over at være forfatter har Gitte Redder både arbejdet i en politisk pressetjeneste og for landsdækkende og regionale aviser. Hun har været medlem af Folketingets presseloge i mere end tyve år.
