Dagsorden
Hjemmearbejde/fleksibilitet og lokalaftaler herom og kort om kompetencefonden i kommuner og regioner, der åbner pr. april 2022.
Vi tager udgangspunkt i reglerne om hjemmearbejde og Akademikernes vejledning om lokalaftaler om hjemmearbejde. Vi gennemgår eksempler og hører gerne om dine erfaringer med dem i praksis.
Du får derudover en introduktion til kompetencefonden i kommuner og regioner, hvor ansøgningerne underskrives af TR. Du hører, hvad TR skal være opmærksom på.
Der vil være mulighed for at sparre med andre tillidsrepræsentanter og udveksle udfordringer og succeshistorier.

Arrangementet er gratis, men du skal tilmelde dig. Link til mødet udsendes senest dagen før. Mødet afholdes på teams.
TR netværk
I netværket får du et forum til at sparre med andre tillidsrepræsentanter om forskellige problemstillinger, der opstår på arbejdspladserne, dele erfaringer og få input, særligt når man er ny TR.
