Træn med TRX Senior Course Instructor, Anders Deenfeldt.
Opstart 19. april - hurtig tilmelding nødvendig.
Hver tirsdag i 6 uger, træner vi med udgangspunkt i TRX-systemet, der garanterer dig en effektiv og sikker træning. Hver træning vil være en helkropstræning, men hver træning (60 min.) vil også indeholde et segment med fokus på grundlæggende bevægelser, der vil løfte din øvrige træning til nye niveauer. Vi anvender alt det funktionelle udstyr, vi kan få fingre i - og vores fokus på bevægelse, vil øge din selvsikkerhed uanset hvilket redskab, du samler op. Du vil møde bl.a. TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX RIP Trainer, GUN-eX elastiske battleropes, kettlebells, slamballs m.m.
Det er en fordel, hvis du er vant til at bruge TRX. Medbring meget gerne din egen TRX (det er muligt at låne én på stedet).
Der er max. 16 pladser og holdet oprettes kun, hvis vi har mindst 13 tilmeldte d. 10. april (såfremt holdet ikke oprettes, returneres dit køb ekskl. gebyr).
