Adoption & Samfund, LF, Hovedstaden, København, Midt- og Vestsjælland og Sydsjælland afholder fælles klatrearrangement for Tweens (børn i alderen 9-13/14 år) & foredrag for forældrene med temaet:
”Forstå din Tween – hverdagens udfordringer i alderen midt imellem barndom og ungdom”
Søndag den 21. maj 2017 fra kl. 10-14:30 på Skolerne i Boserup, Boserupvej 100, 4000 Roskilde

Praktiske oplysninger vedr. billetkøb:
Alle familier bedes oplyse deres medlemsnr.
Medlemsnr. står på den invitation, der er sendt ud enten som nyhedsbrev (fra LF Hovedstaden) eller på den invitation, der sendes ud pr. mail, til de af medlemmerne i Hovedstaden, København, Midt-og Vestsjælland samt Sydsjælland, som vi har en aktiv mailadresse på.
Har man ikke modtaget en mail, er det fordi foreningen ikke har en aktiv mailadresse på jer. Medlemsnr. kan da findes enten bag på et gl. medlemsblad eller på PBS-oversigt/girokort.
Bemærk: Vi skal have oplyst navn og alder på alle børn, idet de får påsat en label på deres trøje med deres navn, alder og bynavn, som skal bæres under arrangementet.
Evt. aflysning:
Såfremt vi mod forventning ikke modtager nok tilmeldinger tilbagebetales deltagergebyret til jeres konto, så derfor skal vi have oplyst jeres kontonr.
BEMÆRK – vi har desværre ikke mulighed for at tilbagebetale via Mobilpay.

I have not received my Tween arrangement ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Tween arrangement tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Tween arrangement tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Tween arrangement ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Tween arrangement waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
