Gå sommeren i møde til U2-åbenbaringer, torsdag, den 12. april i City Kirken i Aarhus
Det sker når 250 sangere fra Aarhus Gospel Singers (ÅGS) synger U2-sange sammen med Danmarks bedste U2-fortolker 'Die Herren'.
Aarhus Gospel Singers ledes af Rune Herholdt og fejrer netop i 2017, 10 års jubilæum. Koret, der er åbent for alle med lyst til at synge, er Jyllands største gospelkor bestående af sangere fra hele østjylland og opland.
I foråret 2016 oplevede mange tusinde Danskere koret da de deltog i fuldmåneeventet 'Befri Gudstjenesten' i samarbejde med Teatret Svalegangen.
Die Herren har siden 1991 fortolket U2´s evigt gyldige evergreens og deres kirkekoncerter har fyldt kirker over hele landet med U2´s spirituelle sange og tekster de sidste 10 år.
Til den godt to timer lange koncert vil der både være musik fra band og kor alene, ligesom de sammen vil tage U2-åbenbaringerne til nye højder.
