Kom til UMAMI Madværksted og få tips og tricks, hvilke råvarer du skal gå efter, og hvordan du udnytter dem bedst muligt, så kan du spise både godt og lækkert på et fornuftigt budget.
PRAKTISK: Medbring sko til køkken og et forklæde. Du kan dog låne forklæde hos os, hvis du ikke har selv)
Umami er en af de fem grundsmage, som sammen med sød, salt, bitter og sur er en større eller mindre del af oplevelsen, når vi spiser. På Learnmark Horsens’ UMAMI Madværksted har du nu mulighed for at udfordre dine og familiens smagsløg med ny inspiration indenfor forskellige madglade og lige-til-at-spise temaer. Kom og leg med i vores professionelle køkken og sæt mere smæk på smagen i din hverdag.
Kurserne gennemføres med mindst 15 deltagere og max 22. Børn under 15 år er velkomne i selskab med en voksen - og betaler halv pris for deltagelse.
