Og hvordan kan en diagnose blive starten på en ny forståelse af sig selv, sine styrker og sin fremtid?
I denne samtale møder du Alvin Sareen, som også laver podcasten 'ADHD & Autisme - Vejen Gennem Ungdommen.
Sammen med CFPLs egen Hanna Rolsted, som har haft lignende udfordringer gennem sin skoletid, ser Alvin tilbage på sin gymnasietid, tiden før og efter sin ADHD-diagnose – og på den rejse, der har lært ham at finde ro, strategier og håb midt i det, der før føltes uoverskueligt.
