Kom med på en skøn urtevandring & sanketur, og lær om de spiselige urter, der spirer lige i Amagers “baghave”.
Med efterfølgende 'vild' middag på Øens Spisested.
På turen vil vi botanisere og prøvesmage de mange spiselige sager, der myldrer op, her i foråret.
Julie A. Swane vil fortælle om, hvordan du høster, opbevarer og bruger urterne hjemme i dit køkken.
Turen slutter i Prismen, hvor vi, i fællesskab, ser på de urter vi har fundet, og efterfølgende spiser sammen hos Øens Spisested, hvor kokken har tryllet med årstidens vilde sager.
Turen guider
Vores lokale guide er Julie A. Swane, der er medforfatter til bøgerne SANK, SANK med børn, Høst ved Havet og Mad med Gran. Udover at være forfatter og guide finder du til hverdag Julie i hendes butik ’Din Planteven’ som ligger på Amagerbrogade 7.
Med på turen er også lokale Christel Emke, som hele året rundt, arbejder med at indsamle/ høste lokale urter til køkkenet i Øens Spisested.
Øens Spisested fokuserer deres menu på lokale, årstidsbestemte råvarer. Aftenens menu vil derfor også byde på lokale urter.
Praktisk
Turen starter kl. 16.30 foran Ravelinen. Herfra går vi “ad Volden” til Prismen, som ligger på Holmbladsgade, hvor vi spiser kl. 19:00.
Billet inkl. Middag: 230 kr. Drikkevarer tilkøbes.
