Vægtløftnings workshop for medlemmer af Snedkeriet og Spartan Mentality.
På dagen bliver I inddelt i 6 mandsgrupper på ca. samme niveau. Hver gruppe får en instruktør, som underviser jer hele dagen igennem.
Workshoppen varer 3 timer og programmet ser således ud:
15 min gennemgang af træk + opvarmning
1 times træk (Snatch)i grupper
30 min pause/snack
15 min gennemgang af stød + opvarmning
1 times stød (Clean and jerk) i grupper
Der er inkluderet snacks, men du skal selv medbringe madpakke til frokost.
