Distancer: Marathon / halvmaraton / Rundeløb

Ruten:
Der bliver løbet i den smukke og vilde natur omkring Hotel Vejlefjord. Ruten er 4.2 km og med 140-150 højdemeter pr omgang. Den består af en hel del singletracks, men også bredere spor. Der kan forventes glatte spor med mudder enkelte steder, så der anbefales sko med relativ grov bund.
Ruten skal gennemløbes 10 gange for marathon, 5 for halvmarathon og vil være fuld markeret med minestrimmel.
Depot:
Der er depot ved start/mål og det kommer til at indeholde vand, cola, sødt og salt (plus det løse 
;-)).
Af hensyn til miljø er I meget velkomne til at tage egen drikkekop med, men er ikke et krav
Bad/omklædning: Der henstilles til at deltagere i løbet kommer omklædte.

Står man selv for. Der er stopur i start/mål området. Efter løbet er man selv ansvarlig for at notere sin tid for at komme på resultatlisten.
