D. 23. februar slog Kristina Schou Madsen verdensrekord i at løbe hurtigst til toppen af Kilimanjaro. Efter næsten et års fokuseret træning, lykkedes det hende at banke over 16 min af den gamle rekord.
At være bjergløber i Danmark har alle odds imod sig, men med dedikation, målrettethed og vilje har Kristina skabt et resultat, der har gjort hende til verdens bedste.
