Join the Community Meeting on Wednesday 21st from 17-19 and take part in shaping your village community.
We have selected three topics based on your responses to this year's surveys which will become the center of the Community Meeting. We will gather to brainstorm solutions to these issues and handle them together.
Here are the topics:
1. Community space
Cleaning and general use of the community space has been one of the bigger topics throughout the surveys.
Let’s find solutions on how the cleaning system for example can get optimised and become more powerful!
2. Outdoor areas
Smoking, bonfire, safety etc. These are some recurring topics in the surveys. What are your experiences and also a status from the CPH Village team.
3. Sense of Community
Some villagers want to be a bigger part of the community but don’t know how to get involved more. How can we create a bigger and more inclusive sense of community?
Want to share your ideas on how we can improve the village or do just want to listen? No matter what, your presence is important!

17.00 - 17.10 Meet-up in the Community Space - have some snacks before we start.
17.10 - 17.30 The CPH Village team will introduce themselves and present the agenda for the meeting.
17.30-18.15 Brainstorming in groups on the three issues we’re facing in the shared spaces and the Community Space.
18.15 - 18.45 Presentations of solutions to the three topics
18.45 - 19.00 Roundup. Thank you and good night!
We invite ALL villagers to join, and encourage you to bring your roomie or block members. We can’t wait to talk about creating the best village possible!

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Vesterbro: Community Meeting tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
