FOR THE FIRST TIME IN COPENHAGEN
After the great success of Vini di Vignaioli (wines of winegrowers) in Fornovo di Taro near Parma, Italy, running now for over 15 years, and the first edition of the Paris one (Vini Di Vignaioli A Paris) on 4-5 December 2016, Marie-christine Marzani (founder and manager of Vini di Vignaioli), Claudia Galterio (winemaker and importer at Vini Mariani) and Alberto Sala (Italian restaurateur in Copenhagen at Rufino Osteria) have decided to take the tour of Vini di Vignaioli to Copenhagen.
WHY Vini di Vignaioli Copenhagen ?
The aim of this event has always been to share and disseminate the unique stories of these women and men who work the land in total respect of nature. And all this allows us the privilege to offer highly genuine and deeply authentic products.
The choice of winegrowers is made on the basis of a meticulously designed quality charter that reflects the work of winemakers who share it. The wineries are small to medium sized and they practice organic, biodynamic or natural agriculture, producing wine without the use of additives. Sulfites, if added, are used in very small doses. The result is authentic wine, the maximum expression of its terroir, vintage and the human hands that worked it.
