er stadig Champagne, men heldigvis er der masser af exceptionel skum at
hente mange andre steder fra.
Cremant og cava er klassiske alternativer, tyskerne og østrigerne gør det glimrende med deres Sekt, og det knitrer og bruser mange andre steder— og med mange forskellige typer, fra det knastørre til det mere sødmefulde.
Kom med til en sprudlende aften, hvor vi skal smage en perlerække af lækre mousserende vine fra vidt omkring. Du bliver meget klogere på klassiske og nyere områder, druesorter, fremstillingsmetoder og forskellige typer af bobler. Vi guider gennem boblernes mangfoldige verden og giver samtidigt gode råd til match med mad og servering af de festlige bobler.
