Med hele 3 nomineringer og prisen som "Årets Nye Danske Jazznavn" ved Danish Music Awards 2016, har pianist, komponist og arrangør Kathrine Windfeld slået sig fast som en af landets mest interessante og succesfulde kapelmestre.

Kathrine Windfeld har I 2017 modtaget Statens Kunstfonds 1-årige arbejdslegat og har skrevet musik til bl.a. DR Bigband. Huner desuden aktiv som gæstedirigent rundt omkring i Europa og står på tærsklen til en international karriere.
Med dette karismatiske ensemble kan publikum nyde et orkester i international klasse med en sprudlende, humoristisk og usædvanligt begavet kapelmester i front.
