Kl. 16:45-17:45 - 1 times yoga. (Eventet har 24 timer registret, for at imødekomme dig, som dropper forbi 2 min før timen starter. Dermed kan du betale for deltagelsen lige efter undervisningen.)
Vinyasa Yoga i Havnekulturkontoret frem til jul. Du behøver ikke at være erfaren, men det er fint, hvis du har snuset til yoga før. Underviser Line Groot guider dig gennem små flows, de næste 5 mandage, hvor du både får arbejdet med din styrke og får mulighed for at finde ro til at dvæle i forskellige stillinger.
NB: Der er yogamåtter til rådighed. Husk håndklæde. Der er begrænset omklædningsfaciliteter og ikke mulighed for bad.
Om instruktøren: Line Groot er certificeret underviser fra Yoga Medicine (200h) og har dyrket flere former for yoga og pilates siden 2008. I undervisningen fokuserer hun på, at mennesker er forskellige og har forskellige behov, styrker og udfordringer.
Pop-up aktiviteterne i Havnekulturkontoret i Århusgade er iværksat af Kultur Ø i Københavns Kommunes Kultur og Fritidsforvaltning og Kulturhavn 365. Huset er i en midlertidig periode stillet til rådighed af By & Havn.
