Watfit er en super effektiv træningsform som både træner krop og hjerne. Balancetræning på Watfit-pladerne kombineret med de mangeartede forskellige øvelser får dig igennem en helt unik træningsoplevelse, en oplevelse hvor alle de små stabiliseringsmuskler kommer i spil, og hvor din balance bliver udfordret. Så kom og vær med til en anderledes og spændende form for træning.
Du skal helst ikke være bange for at falde i vandet af og til :-)
