Oplev hvorfor whisky og østers passer så godt sammen. Til smagningen skal vi igennem fem fremragende Talisker aftapninger (blandt andet Special Release 2021, som er ved at være udsolgt) kombineret med tre østersserveringer, der er specielt tilpasset til netop den røgede smag fra whiskyen.
Spiritusekspert Henriette Echwald guider os igennem de fem aftapninger, og The Oyster King Jesper Voss tilbereder og introducerer de tre forskellige østers serveringer:

Serveres med Venø Gigas Stillehavsøsters med jordbær, lime og frisk kværnet peber. En smagsneutral med en let harmonisk topping. - Talisker Port Ruighe
