Oplev økologisk, dansk single estate-whisky til en spændende aften i Lyngby Vinkælder, hvor vi får besøg af Thy Whisky.
På slægtsgården Gyrup i Thy laver man økologisk, dansk whisky med den perfekte kombination af nytænkning og tradition som ledestjerne. Thy Whisky startede produktionen i 2010, men gården stammer fra 1300-tallet og har nu været ejet af den samme familie i 8 generationer. De mange forskellige kornsorter (byg, rug, spelt mm.) som bruges til whiskyen, kommer fra gårdens egne marker og dermed har al whiskyen en tilknytning nærområdet, så man kan smage Thy i hver eneste tår. Det er ikke verdens nemmeste eller billigste måde at gøre tingene på, men hos Thy kommer smag og autenticitet i første række, og effektiviseringer sker ikke på bekostning af sjæl. Det kan vi virkelig godt li’.
