Denne workshop er for dig, der nogle gange føler, at du lever for “at leve op til”. Du får af vide, at du er intelligent, dygtig, sød, smuk. Men du føler ikke, det er nok. Du vil være sikker på, at andre ikke tænker noget dårligt om dig. Derfor gør du dig umage. Du vil være hende de ser op til. For hvem er du ellers?
Første skridt, hvis du vil skabe forandring, er at blive helt klar over, hvem du er inderst inde.
Denne workshop tager dig med på en rejse indad. Vi starter ud med at stille skarpt på det “at leve op til”, at performe og at være optaget af andres anerkendelse. Du lærer dig selv at kende igen, og du bliver mindet om, hvem du er bag det hele. Når du giver slip på billedet af, hvem du skal være, og lærer at leve ud fra lyst og nysgerrighed – og i tråd med dit sande jeg, skabes der stort overskud af energi og glæde!
Workshoppen "Who I am" er en af tre workshops; "Who I am", "What I want" og "My commitment". De er bygget op, så du kan tage dem i nævnte rækkefølge og opleve hele rejsen fra at kigge ind ad og genopdage dig selv, finde ud af hvor du vil hen og hvordan det hele skal manifesteres og blive til virkelighed.
Du kan også sagtens deltage på en enkelt workshop, da de er opbygget omkring hver sit hovedtema, og de er uafhængige af hinanden.
