Mange wienerbrød er lavet af den samme dej.
Så kom og lær at lave den perfekte dej og mange forskellige slags wienerbrød.
Frédéric vores franske konditorchef med mange års erfaring vil guide Jer igennem alle de forskellige bageteknikker som at folde og rulle en wienerbrødsdej med smør. Der bliver fremstillet i alt 6 forskellige wienerbrøds varianter.
Kurset indeholder en pause, hvor der bliver serveret kaffe/te. De wienerbrød som du ikke når at spise på kurset bliver pakket i poser, så du kan tage dem med hjem.
