Professional Women Network and European Energy are happy to invite you to the third Women in Energy Breakfast and networking event. The event will take place at EE headquarter in Søborg (Copenhagen) on the 31St of August 2023 from 8.30 am to 11.00 am
We will dive into the topic: Navigating growth: Insights from a rapidly expanding organization.
European Energy has experienced astonishing growth in the recent years.
Especially in the last three years, when...
... the number of employees has grown from ~150 to almost 800 by the end of this year.
... the number of markets EE operates in have grown to 23 with 18 international offices.
... the number of GW under construction has reach 1.3 GW last year only and a total renewable energy project pipeline reached 31.1 GW.
We will talk about how it has been to experience, navigate and manage this from the inside of organization from two brilliant leaders:
One that has been part of European Energy's journey since it was a start-up (Maja Rasmussen, Senior Manager, Deputy Head of Projects, Denmark) and another, who has joined the company recently at the boiling point of its growth (Lotte Lindeloff, Director, Project Management, Power-to-X).
Maja and Lotte will share and discuss the growth journeys, opportunities, challenges, and lessons learned as leaders and as people, in an open panel debate.
