OBS: Én billet gælder både for en forældre og et barn.
Babymassage er dejligt for både barn og voksen. Det er let, fylder ikke meget og kræver få eller ingen forberedelser og redskaber. Far eller Mor kan være med.
På denne workshop lærer du en masse gode håndgreb og teknikker. Vi gennemgår en fantastisk nem og spontan massageform – og en lidt mere forberedt.
Formålet med babymassage kan fx. være:
- Stimulere sanser og lege med et aktivt barn
- Berolige et træt barn
- Nyde den tætte kontakt
- Behandle træg mave eller stramme halsmuskler
Du må gerne medbringe:
- Et tæppe e.l. som underlag
- Et tisseunderlag, hvis du vil prøve at massere dit barn, når det er helt bart
- Evt. olie helt uden parfume, fx. madolie
Den sidste halve time er forbeholdt eventuelle spørgsmål fra forældre.
