Workshop med Psykoterapeut Birgit Kunov
Det er ikke tilfældigt, hvad du drømmer. Dine drømme er en kommentar til det liv du lever og hvor du er på vej hen. Ved at blive bevidst om dette, kan du lære en del om dig selv.
Målet med workshoppen er, at du bliver bedre til at tolke dine drømme og deres billedsprog.
Vi arbejder med metoder til at fastholde vores drømme og undersøge indhold og symboler. På denne måde kan vi blive klogere på, hvad drømmene fortæller os.
Vi vil komme ind på følgende temaer i løbet af workshoppen:
* At huske sine drømme,
* Spørgsmål til drømmene,
* Tolkning,
* Typer af drømme,
* Livsaldre og drømme.
Deltagerne lærer metoderne gennem arbejde med egne drømme og derfor skal du have lyst til at dele dine drømme med gruppen, men du vælger selv hvilke drømme du har lyst til at dele. Vi vil fokusere på det fremadrettede i drømmene og ikke det terapeutiske.
Birgit Kunov er psykoterapeut, seniorkandidat på Jung Instituttet og har arbejdet aktivt med drømme i mere end 5 år.
