Den fermenterede kombucha er ikke til at komme udenom. På Bloom kan du blive hjemmebrygger, når biodynamiske Birkemosegaard Køkken åbner op for kombuchaens hemmeligheder. Lær alt om fermenteringens betydning for den sødlige bryg, og få greb om, hvordan kombuchaens sunde og smagfulde egenskaber kan tilsættes mad. Smag, prøv, lær og få urter, blomster og din egen starterkultur af symbiotiske bakterier og gærstammer – en såkaldt SCOBY (Symbiotic Community Of Bacteria and Yeast) – med hjem.
Birkemosegaard Køkken er et biodynamisk landbrug på Sjællands Odde, der også fungerer som restaurant og samlingspunkt for udforskende workshops om naturlig mad. Marie Hertz er autodidakt kok og gartner.
Der er plads til 25 deltagere.
OM BLOOM:
