Vi øver os sammen
Formålet med workshoppen er at blive bedre til at læse gotisk håndskrift, så du får mod på at indtaste begravelsesprotokoller fra Assistent Kirkegård i kildetasteren. Kildetasteren er arkivets online værktøj, hvor frivillige indtaster arkivmateriale, så det bliver søgbart – og dermed lettere at bruge for slægtsforskere, historikere og alle andre interesserede.
Begravelser på Assistens Kirkegård 1805-1862
Kirkegården blev anlagt i 1760 som en assisterende kirkegård til de overfyldte kirkegårde inden for voldene. Sidst i 1700-tallet skiftede kirkegården fra at være en fattigkirkegård til at blive københavnernes foretrukne kirkegård og ligefrem mondæn.
Sådan foregår workshoppen
Vi starter med en kort intro til det gotiske alfabet. Så læser vi sammen i de allerede indtastede begravelsesprotokoller med gotisk skrift. Derefter taster vi sammen. Der er arkivarer og ofte dygtige superbrugere til stede, som vil hjælpe dig i gang, eller hvis du har spørgsmål undervejs. Vi serverer kaffe og kage.
