Fysioterapeut og Master i idræt & velfærd Lene Theill, fra Fit4you, giver dig redskaber til at forbedre din præstation på hesteryg.
Nogle har åbenlyse skævheder og andre mere skjulte udfordringer, men uanset hvilken oplevelse, du rider med, vil en stærkere, mere smidig og balanceret krop, være et bedre udgangspunkt og en mere holdbar løsning for din og hestens krop på sigt.
Hvad enten du rider dressur, spring, military, distance, islænder eller andet, så vil din fysiske formåen direkte påvirke din ridning og din hest.
På denne workshop vil den teoretiske baggrund gennemgåes og du vil få mulighed for at prøve forskellige elementer af ryttertræning.
Fit4you arbejder blandt andet med følgende ryttere:
- Dressur: Selina Solberg Vittinghus fra Atterupgaard, Anne Troensegaard, Katrine Kraglund.
- Spring: Camilla Ernst, Sia Freck
- Military: Sofie Teglbjærg, Katja Stanley Sørensen
Pris for arrangement 200 kr. pr. pers.
Inkl. i prisen er: 45 min teori, 1 time med praktiske øvelser og 1 stk friskpresset juice lavet på stedet af UngEgedal's Juice Piger.
Goodiebag med lækre sager fra bl.a. Fit4You, Urtefarm, Nik Wax og Nathalie Horse Care til de første 25 tilmeldte.
Der kan tilkøbes sandwich menu til 50 kr. Denne serveres i vores café fra en ½ time før arrangementet.
I pausen og efter workshoppen er der mulighed for at handle i Butik Den Sorte Hingst.
